   (When mailing a check to Springfield, be sure to use our name and Missions Acct. # 2197309 on the check for proper credit.)  A check made out and mailed to either one will insure that you receive proper credit (receipt) from US Missions for tax purposes.

Monthly Faith Promise

Note: a monthly faith promise is not a “set –in-concrete” pledge.  It is simply an acknowledgement that as God enables you, you will send the specified dollar amount each month to help provide for the needs of the missionary you are committing to support.  While one time donations do go into the missionary’s account for their use, a missionary’s budget is set in “Faith Promise” dollars, meaning that they are not given budget credit without a signed Faith Promise on file.  A missionary must raise their full budget in monthly faith promises before being released to work in their assigned field of ministry.

1.       E-mail us at jim@hadden.org  or use regular mail to the address above and request a Faith Promise Form.  We will mail the form to you with a postage paid return envelope or you can fax it to the fax number at the top of the form.  Be sure to sign and date the form at the bottom for proper credit to go to our account.

2.       Go to http://usmissions.ag.org/top/don_faithpromise_online.cfm and fill out a Faith Promise Form online.  Note: Only the items with the red star are required information for the faith promise form to be effective.  The missionary account # is not required but helps insure that proper credit is given to the correct missionary.  Our account # is 2197309.
